I’m often asked why I started this company. The short answer – I thought there was a better way to deliver physical therapy care to my patients.
Working for a large company, I felt I was not able to spend enough time with my patients. And my schedule often showed four (4) patients every hour. The truth is, it is impossible to see this many patients without relying heavily on techs or assistants. After a friend almost lost his PT license because a tech did not follow his orders, I decided that was not going to happen to me.
We started Landmark Physical Therapy as a clinic where each and every patient’s treatment is carried out by a physical therapist. Not just for the first visit, but every visit – 100% of the time. Physical Therapists are the movement and biomechanics experts, and the more 1 on 1 time the PT can spend with patients, the faster they are able to spot and fix impairments.
I believe that physical therapy is more than just an hour of exercise three times a week.
It’s about finding impairments in structure, strength, flexibility and motor patterns. And then putting together an individualized program to fix each of those impairments.
As we have grown from one small location, I have looked to hire great therapists that share this ideal. They also have a passion and expertise that allows us to uphold our original vision. We want every patient to walk out better than they walked in, and walk back in better than they left. In other words, we strive to make an improvement every single session!

Landmark Physical Therapy utilizes FOTO® Outcomes Measurements to prove our clinical quality. Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc. (FOTO®) is a nationwide outcomes database for medical rehabilitation providers. By participating, Landmark Physical Therapy compares our performance data to the other progressive organizations across the country who are part of the FOTO network. Confidential patient surveys are one of the ways we collect this valuable data.
How fast can you get my patient in?
It is our policy to offer every new patient an appointment within 24-48 hours. If you have a patient that needs to be seen same day, please call our office directly. We will make every effort to meet your request.
What insurances do you accept?
We see most major insurances with the exception of Mercycare and Cigna (we are in network for Cigna Medicare products). See the Accepted Insurance Plans tab for a list of our most common insurances, or call us. We also accept medical liens and offer cash services for patients without insurance.

What is the skill level of your therapists?
Everyone who works with your patient will be a licensed physical therapist. Most of our therapists hold a doctorate in physical therapy and many have gone on to earn advanced certificates in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling and LSVT Big for Parkinsons. In addition, every therapist attends weekly mentoring sessions to share skills, knowledge and case studies.
How do I refer a patient?
There are two easy ways to refer a patient to Landmark.
- Fax the patient’s script and demographic sheet (you can also use our Referral Form, found under the Referral Information tab) to one of our offices. We will call the patient and get them scheduled, and then let your office know when they are scheduled for their evaluation.
- Give our phone number and a PT script to your patient and have them call to schedule.
Regardless of how you refer, we will always verify insurance benefits as a courtesy to your patient.
